Working in beta · Not publicly available yet

The second brain for founders, builders, operators.

Notes, goals, tasks and pipelines that share one context — so the thinking behind a decision stays attached to the work it produced.

The problem

Your context is scattered across six tools, and none of them talk to each other.

The idea you had while walking lives in one app. The decision you made about it lives in a thread. The task it created lives in someone else's tool, under a title that means nothing six weeks later.

None of those tools is bad. The problem is that the reasoning never travels with the work. So you rebuild it, out loud, every time.

One workspace

Everything that matters, connected to one place

The parts you use today sit at the centre. The integrations that will pull your other tools in sit around the outside — on the roadmap, not in the product, and we'd rather show that honestly than imply otherwise.

One search box reaching notes, goals, tasks and pipelines alike — the reasoning and the work it produced, in the same place.

What it will reach

The tools you already use every day

Pick one to see what it would bring in. The point is that context travels with the work, instead of you re-explaining it in every tool.

Jira

Pull issues into the workspace as tasks, so a ticket stops being a place bugs go to die.

The first connections we're building, in roughly this order. All six are in progress.

What it does

One workspace, seen from six sides

Each one below is the same workspace from a different angle. There are six of them because a founder does six things — but they share one context instead of asking you to be the integration.

Think · Build · Run

Three stages, one thread

Most tools ask you to pick which stage you're in. This one keeps all three in the same room.

  1. 01

    Think

Catch the idea before it's gone.

Notes, a freeform canvas, and a journal that never asks you to file anything. Write first; sort it later, or never.

  2. 02

    Build

Turn what you decided into something real.

Set a goal for the quarter, break it into the weeks that follow, then watch it turn into a pipeline and a list of tasks you can actually work through.

  3. 03

    Run

Know what matters today, without hunting for it.

One dashboard across the whole company and one search box that reaches notes, goals, tasks and pipelines alike.

Connected by design

Everything downstream already agrees

A note, a goal, a task and a pipeline are not four separate record types that happen to share a sidebar. Each is a view of the same work at a different level of detail.

So when something changes, everything downstream updates itself. You tell the system once, not five times.

Software that carries the work, instead of becoming it

  • Opens instantly

No build step, no install, no setup ritual. It opens in a browser and starts working.

  • Invite people in

Bring your co-founder or your first hire into the same workspace, with roles and permissions.

  • One search box

It reaches notes, goals, tasks and pipelines alike, so the thing you wrote six months ago is still findable.

  • No lock-in

Export your whole workspace as a JSON snapshot or as a ZIP of readable files, whenever you want it.

  • Private by default

Your workspace is yours. We publish detail on how data is stored and protected before launch.

  • Nothing to install

It syncs in the background, so it is current when you come back — and changes need a connection to save.

Built for founders

Solo first, without staying solo

Start as one person doing everything. Run each venture in its own workspace, so the second company never inherits the first one's noise.

When that changes, invite people into the same workspace and set what each one can see. Your co-founder sees the company. Your contractor sees only the task you gave them.

FAQ

Questions, answered honestly

What is FounderOS?

One connected workspace for the things a founder juggles — notes, goals, pipelines and tasks — so think, build and run stop living in separate apps.

Who is it for?

Founders, solo or a small team. It's built solo-first, with separate workspaces so each venture stays its own thing.

Can I use it now?

Not yet — it's in beta. Get early access and you'll be first to know when access opens. We don't have a date.

What will it cost?

Pricing isn't decided. Waitlist members hear first.

Can other people work in it?

Yes. Invite people to a workspace with roles and permissions, and changes show up across your devices.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Export the whole workspace as a JSON snapshot or a ZIP of readable files. No lock-in.

What do you do with my details?

Your email and company size, only to contact you about FounderOS. Unsubscribe or ask us to delete you any time. The Privacy Policy has the detail.

Does it use AI, and what does it connect to?

Not in the beta. Agents and model support, plus integrations with tools like Jira, WordPress and Webflow, are planned for a later phase — no timeline yet.

Who's building it?

Sytezo, a small product studio in Mandrem, Goa, India.
