The second brain
for founders, builders, operators
Notes, goals and pipelines in one workspace, so the reasoning behind a decision stays attached to the work it produced.
A real recording of the FounderOS beta, not a mock-up.
Your context is scattered across six tools.
The idea lives in one app, the decision in a chat thread, the task in someone else's tracker. None of them is bad. The reasoning just never travels with the work, so you rebuild it out loud, every time.
Everything in one place.
Scroll, and sixteen scattered tools settle into one connected workspace.
Notes · Goals · Tasks · Funding
Think, build, run.
Three stages of the same work, in one workspace. Pick one to see it in the product.
Catch the idea before it's gone. Open a note from the sidebar and start typing. Nested pages and a canvas sit under the same teamspace, so nothing needs filing first.

Create a teamspace per venture, invite people with a link, and choose what each person can edit. Jira, Zoho, WordPress, Webflow and Contentful connections are next.
Planned integrations, in the order we're building them
Jira
Pull issues in as tasks, linked to the goal they serve.
Built to stay out of your way.
No install, no setup call, no lock-in. It opens in a browser and your data leaves whenever you do.
Take everything with you
Settings → Export workspace downloads every note, goal, task and pipeline as one file. Import it back any time.
Invite people with a link
Share a teamspace as Editor or Viewer. Everyone sees the same goals and pipelines, and nothing from your other ventures.

Private by default
A new teamspace is visible to you alone until you invite someone. Personal pages never leave your account.

Nothing to download or configure. Sign in on any machine and the workspace is where you left it.

FAQs
The short answers. Anything else, write to us.
What is FounderOS?
One connected workspace for the things a founder juggles — notes, goals, pipelines and tasks — so think, build and run stop living in separate apps.
Who is it for?
Founders, solo or a small team. It's built solo-first, with separate workspaces so each venture stays its own thing.
Can I use it now?
Not yet — it's in beta. Get early access and you'll be first to know when access opens. We don't have a date.
What will it cost?
Pricing isn't decided. Waitlist members hear first.
Can other people work in it?
Yes. Invite people to a workspace with roles and permissions, and changes show up across your devices.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export the whole workspace as a JSON snapshot or a ZIP of readable files. No lock-in.
What do you do with my details?
Your email and company size, only to contact you about FounderOS. Unsubscribe or ask us to delete you any time. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
Does it use AI, and what does it connect to?
Not in the beta. Agents and model support, plus integrations with tools like Jira, WordPress and Webflow, are planned for a later phase — no timeline yet.
Who's building it?
Sytezo, a small product studio in Mandrem, Goa, India.
Your company, in one workspace.
